The residential units are  designed to limit distractions and allow individuals to focus on the health of themselves by exploring skills to grow emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Services

Admission requirements 

Monarch Healthcare LLC is licensed to offer services for adults, children and adolescents. One must have an active Maryland  Medicaid or be eligible for medical assistant qualify for Asam 3.1 level of care.
Appropriate referrals will be available for those who need a higher level of care.
We welcome those who:

  • Have completed inpatient treatment and need safe structured and drug free transitional housing.

  •  

  • Clients stepping down from a high level of care facility.

  •  

  • Have lost apartment or housing.

  •  

  • Are on parole or probation

  •  

  • . Needs to relocate from and safe environment.

  •  

  • Need a place to rebound and prepare for independent living.

  • Need a recovery Community for support.

Medication Management Services

Medication - assisted treatment combines behavioral therapy and medications to treat mental health, substance use disorders. FDA approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies provide a whole patient approach to the  treatment of the disorder.
Services include;

  • Medication assistance and reminders.


  • Promotes clients compliance, health and safety.


  • Decreases hospitalizations and overall Healthcare costs.


  • Assistance with inventory of medications including reordering.

  • Medication pick up and set up

Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC)

Out patient therapy


Behavioral the behavioral health behavioral health services include psychiatric and social assessment, and psychological testing. . These services are intended to determine beneficiaries treatment needs, and to provide the necessary treatment.


Services focus on reducing psychiatric and behavioral symptoms in order to improve the beneficiaries functioning in a call my social, educational, or occupational life domains.

Monarch healthcare's a patient Mental Health Center (OMHC) offers community-based care for a multitude of Mental Health needs. We are committed to reducing the stigmas that surround mental illness through the provision of high quality services that include Community integration and care coordination.

 

All services are  individualized,  strength-based, and outcome oriented. Our team is committed to providing a holistic treatment approach which includes comprehensive assessments, evaluations, treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents and adults in our community. specialists who conduct and manage groups
individual support and case management. Our
addictions counselor is dually licensed in
clinical social work and addiction counseling
through the state of Maryland. We are a
community business with both owners liv
and working in the area of our recovery
residence and who are actively engaged in the
dav-to-dav operations.

Community Collaboration

Monarch Healthcare works to empower our clients by working along with one of our local businesses like JUSTICE JOBS OF MARYLAND, who aim at giving trainings on how to apply for jobs, what is required for any job applications and manner in which one should conduct themselves during job interviews. JUSTICE FOR JOBS trainers shared their experiences, strengths, and, hopes with a group of people who are looking to make changes in their lives. What does "Justice Jobs" do? they are a free jobs office and job retention service for people returning to the economy and working their way up. Their "Mission" is to help people to find a job, keep that job, get good references, and move up to better jobs. Psychriatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Monarch healthcare PRP programs aims at assisting individuals living with mental illness to acquire a higher level of independence.

The PRP program helps participants to access and coordinate services and resources in their community and works to ensure that individuals have access to the best possible care and treatment. Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) care is offered to minors, adolescents and adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Services are provided onsite and offsite by trained psychiatric rehabilitation professionals.

Our clients who are enrolled in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PRP) program experience a Supported Living structured program provides a wide range of services that made to support the individual’s daily livelihood in the community. This consists of supporting clients living and with their family members, and, therefore, providing support and working with families is an additional critical component of this program, while homeless clients receive a more intensive outreach services as needed.

During the session with the therapist, an individualized treatment plan is created for each client enrolled in the PRP program that is tailored to support their daily lives, based on his or her personal set goals and needs. Based on the person’s needs and preferences the PRP services can be provided in a variety of settings, which includes the offices in Frederick MD, clients homes, or out in the community - coffee shops, schools, libraries, etc..

PRP services include but not limited to:Daily Living Skills Coaching - PRP caseworker provides and supports daily partnership and direction, such as cleaning, grooming, cooking, and budgeting.Resource Development - PRP caseworker works with clients to explore and obtain a variety of resources within the community including transportation, peer support groups, tax preparation services, etc..

Supportive Counseling – PRP caseworker works closely with clients to help them understand and use coping, communication, and assertiveness skills to help them in their daily lives. Staff are also available to provide supportive counseling to clients experiencing increased symptoms of their mental illness.
Medication monitoring – staff is available to assist client with medication reminders and monitoring, in accordance with their Individualized Rehabilitation Plans in their homes, at our offices, or out in the community. Staff are also available to partner with clients to pack their medication trays on a weekly basis, and make sure they obtain refills in a timely manner.
Psychosocial Programming – individual and group sessions through Monarch healthcare Day Programs as well as activities in the community for people who might be interested in socializing with people closer to where they live or work.
Service Coordination – between doctor’s’ appointments, AA or NA meetings, day Programs, Back to Work Program, or other outside services.
Requirements:

Must be a Maryland
Must have Medicaid
Applicable to all age groups
Must be currently in treatment with a therapist or psychiatrist.
Must have a target diagnosis.
Monarch healthcare management is dedicated to each client’s mental health wellbeing and therefore, we are committed to providing excellent care from enrollment and throughout the time a member is enrolled in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PRP) program. Client’s skills are assessed to determine a member’s needs. If skills or resources are needed, the staff is qualified to teach, provide, or access them. Rehabilitation is provided to all members through individualized meetings, educational groups, and organized social activities. For each member, individualized rehabilitation is provided in the environment of need as indicated by ongoing assessments.
